We maintain full transparency—there are no hidden costs in our billing.

3. Packing and Handling
We use high-quality packing materials to ensure your belongings are protected during transit. However, customers must inform us in advance about fragile, valuable, or perishable items so that we can take special precautions. While we take utmost care in packing and moving, certain delicate items may be transported at the customer’s risk if not declared beforehand.

4. Transportation and Delivery
All transportation is carried out using well-maintained vehicles under the supervision of experienced staff. Delivery timelines are estimated based on distance, route, and logistics conditions. While every effort is made to meet delivery schedules, delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as weather, traffic, or legal checks) are not the company’s responsibility.

7. Payments and Cancellations
Advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount must be cleared before final delivery unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative or service charges.

8. Storage Services
For customers opting for storage, all goods will be stored in secure, monitored facilities. Charges are calculated based on duration and space used. Access to stored items requires prior notice and confirmation from our team.

9. Liability
